REQUIRED PRE-WORK
Read This Before a Clarity Check
This is the framework I use to diagnose signal vs noise before engaging with founders.
If you're not ready for a Clarity Check yet, this will tell you why.
This framework exists for one reason:
to prevent founders from paying for clarity they're not ready to act on.
- Most founders don't lack ideas — they lack constraint.
- Momentum without a forcing function creates false confidence.
- Validation often delays the decision it's supposed to enable.
Most $12k engagements start here.

How This Relates to the Clarity Check
The framework helps you see the problem clearly.
The Clarity Check forces a decision.
If you want this applied directly to your business — with trade-offs, exclusions, and consequences — that's what the Clarity Check is for.
Learn about the Clarity Check →The 5 Relevancy Dimensions
Every Reality Audit scores a brand against these five dimensions.
- Message-Market Fit — Does the headline name the buyer's actual problem in the buyer's actual vocabulary, scored against the stated target customer.
- Audience Precision — Does the page filter for the right buyer or pretend everyone is the right buyer. Vague audiences score lower than narrow ones.
- Channel-Audience Alignment — Are the acquisition channels carrying the message reaching the audience it was written for. Requires media data beyond the URL.
- Offer-Outcome Alignment — Does the offer reach the outcome the buyer came for, or stop at a feature list.
- Trust Signal Density — Customer names, real numbers, and third-party validation per screen. Density matters more than presence.
